Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and ensure proper execution of advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative, production, content, digital, and media teams for timely project execution.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Prepare briefs and communicate project requirements clearly to internal teams.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure smooth coordination for brand shoots, influencer campaigns, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Track project timelines and follow up with teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle client feedback and coordinate revisions as required.




- Support the business development team in maintaining client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Good understanding of campaign execution and project management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- 2-5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Campaign Execution within an Advertising Agency, Media Agency, or Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital campaigns, and media execution.
- Ability to manage client expectations and ensure smooth project delivery.

Preferred:
- Experience in handling brand campaigns, influencer marketing, and production coordination will be an added advantage.
