Position Overview:
The Scrum Master is a key role at Anchanto, responsible for driving successful product deliveries, ensuring adherence to Agile processes, and managing scrum spin-offs. The role involves overseeing projects from kick-off to release, providing weekly status reporting to internal and external stakeholders,



and acting as the single point of contact for engineering, QA, delivery, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities- Cross-Team Coordination- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.- Conduct sprint reviews and backlog refinement sessions.- Support capacity planning and ensure progress tracking and scope management.- Manage communication between product, engineering, design, and other teams.- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.- Resolve operational issues and remove blockers.

Process Management & Optimization- Act as the guardian of the SDLC process, ensuring adherence to defined milestones, quality gates, and documentation standards.- Facilitate stage reviews (requirements, design, build, test, release).- Work with Engineering Managers to enforce coding standards, peer reviews, and test coverage targets.
