Undergraduates:* Minimum 6 months of calling/customer service experience is mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Follow company policies and quality standards during customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work from the office location in Bhopal.

- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, or customer support roles.
