Role Overview
As an Accountant at Archirace Studio, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, taxation support, invoicing, vendor payments, and financial record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Maintain financial records and ledgers
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate vendor payments and expense tracking
- Assist in GST filing and taxation documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and transactions
- Maintain purchase and expense records
- Prepare financial reports and MIS reports
- Coordinate with CA for compliance and audits
- Maintain payroll and salary records (if required)
- Organize financial documents and company records

Experience Required
- 1-5 years of accounting experience
- Experience in service-based businesses preferred
- Architecture/interior/real estate industry experience is a plus
