Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded design professional who can lead new product development across bags, sustainable accessories and print-led concepts for international customers.
This role requires someone who understands aesthetics, fashion/accessory trends, materials, functionality, and commercial manufacturability.
- Research global fashion, retail and packaging trends
- Work closely with merchandising and production teams to convert concepts into production-ready developments
- Develop client presentation collections and concept boards
- Source trims, accessories, materials and innovative finishes
- Support custom developments for international buyers
- Coordinate prototype/sample development with internal teams
- Ensure designs are commercially viable and manufacturable

- Degree/diploma in Fashion Design / Accessories Design / Textile Design / Product Design
- 4-10 years experience in:
- bags
- handbags
- fashion accessories
- lifestyle products
- gifting / packaging design
- Strong skills in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- CorelDRAW (optional)
- Robust understanding of:
- print development
- materials/fabrics
- trims/accessories
- construction details

- Experience working with ex
