Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Explain real estate projects and offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for site visits.
- Maintain and update customer database regularly.
- Answer queries and provide appropriate information regarding properties.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
- Maintain call logs and report daily work updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages (e.g., Hindi, [Insert regional language]).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of using CRM tools and MS Excel (preferred).
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
