Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise front
- and back-of-house staff.

Shift Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, floor flow, and guest seating.

Customer Service: Address guest feedback and resolve complaints to ensure a high-quality dining experience.

Financial Oversight: Manage labor costs, track daily sales, and handle cash reporting.

Inventory Control: Order supplies, manage vendor relationships, and monitor stock levels to reduce waste.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food sanitation standards.

Work Experience

Proven History: 2-3+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.

High Volume: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a diverse team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
