Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents from provided leads
- Explain course details, fees, advantages, and admission process
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
- Handle student queries professionally and guide them accordingly
- Coordinate with counselling and admission teams
- Generate walk-ins for counselling sessions
- Build positive relationships with students and parents

Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- 1-3 years of experience in Telesales / Education Counselling / Telecalling
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM
- Ability to work on targets and follow-up calls

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary + attractive incentives

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
