We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, including inventory control, vendor coordination, factory supervision, and order fulfillment. The role also involves maintaining accurate system entries and supporting sample testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle purchase material planning and follow-ups to avoid shortages or delays.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability.
- Prepare and track order deliveries, ensuring dispatches are accurate and on time.
- Maintain proper documentation of all operational activities and transactions.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Perform purchase and sales entries in the TransZact system with high accuracy.
- Manage and coordinate sample testing processes, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Operations / Supply Chain preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, inventory, or factory coordination roles.
- Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems (experience with TransZact is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
