We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI / GenAI Engineer to build next-generation AI systems powered by LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and production-grade ML platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who has deep expertise across the full AI stack — from model development and fine-tuning to scalable deployment, orchestration, and enterprise AI integrations.

What You’ll Do
- Develop multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
- Build and optimize LLM pipelines including:
- RAG / Graph-RAG / Corrective RAG
- Prompt Engineering
- Fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, DPO, RLHF)
- Embedding optimization & vector search
- Develop AI copilots and autonomous workflows integrating enterprise tools/APIs
- Create MCP/tool-based architectures for LLM orchestration and function calling
- Build evaluation frameworks for hallucination control, response quality, and AI reliability
- Optimize inference latency, scalability, and observability for production AI systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and business teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Data Science
- Strong expertise in:
- Python
- PyTorch / TensorFlow
- LLMs & Generative AI
- LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex
- Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma)
- FastAPI / Microservices Architecture

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to MCP servers, tool orchestration, and AI agents
- Experience with observability, tracing, and AI system monitoring
- Contributions to open-source AI ecosystem
