Role Purpose:
- Own and lead end-to-end delivery for account, ensuring high-quality execution, customer satisfaction, and business growth
- Drive account-level strategy, delivery excellence, and financial performance (P&L; ownership) while aligning with client expectationsMandatory to have prior Account Delivery Head experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Delivery Ownership:
- Own delivery across multiple programs/projects within account ensuring SLA adherence and quality outcomes
- Ensure project health through structured governance, reviews, and delivery assurance mechanisms
- Be accountable for meeting client commitments and delivery KPIs

2. Client & Executive Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and CXOs
- Act as the single point of accountability for delivery,



ensuring alignment with client goals
- Drive regular governance, business reviews, and manage escalations proactively

3. Financial & P&L; Ownership:
- Own account P&L;, revenue growth, and margin improvement
- Drive cost optimization, pricing alignment, and utilization
- Ensure profitable delivery while maintaining service quality

4. Solutioning & Deal Support:
- Lead solutioning for new opportunities, renewals, and expansions within account
- Validate delivery feasibility, resource planning, and risk assessment
- Support commercial decisions including pricing and delivery models

5. Delivery Governance, Risk & Compliance:
- Establish robust delivery frameworks including processes, governance, and audit mechanisms
- Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and scope deviations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and contractual obligations

6. Talent & Capability Management:
- Build and
