Job Title: Academic Operations Assistant
Location: Isckon, Ahmedabad
Time: 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Academic Operations Assistant supports the Academic Coordinator in managing academic content and operational tasks. The role primarily focuses on coordination related to academic materials, question banks, and documentation, ensuring quality and consistency in academic delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with faculty to prepare and manage academic materials, including question banks and assignments
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and proper organisation of all academic content and records
- Support the Academic Coordinator in daily tasks and track academic requirements
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution of assigned responsibilities
- Provide backend and cross-departmental support for academic activities




- Prepare reports and maintain regular communication on progress and updates

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Solid coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication (written & verbal)
- Attention to detail and content accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple academic tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience in academic coordination/content management preferred (Freshers can also apply)
