Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and alert Duty Doctor to handle day-to-day patient care, emergencies, and coordination across departments. The role demands quick decision-making, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to manage high patient flow in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend OPD/IPD patients and provide primary medical care
- Handle emergency cases and stabilize patients before specialist intervention
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments
- Monitor admitted patients and maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure timely diagnosis, treatment, and follow-ups
- Respond to on-call duties, night shifts, and critical situations
- Adhere to hospital protocols, ethics, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- MBBS degree with valid medical registration (KMC)
- 0-3 years of experience (freshers with strong clinical skills can be considered)
- Experience in emergency or ICU handling is a plus
- Solid decision-making and communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
