About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter with proven hiring experience in Oracle ERP - Fusion and E-Business Suite (EBS) technologies. The role requires strong exposure to Middle East markets, especially Saudi Arabia (KSA), and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for niche ERP requirements. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand ERP talent needs across Fusion and EBS modules.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi/GCC clients.
- Leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring practices and regional requirements (KSA focus).
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to streamline onboarding and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in IT/ERP domains (Fusion & EBS).
- Solid understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM).
- Prior experience hiring for Middle East-based clients (Saudi/GCC preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
