Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage customer invoices using Tally Prime:
- Handle Accounts Receivable processes, including payment tracking and reconciliation
- Maintain AR aging reports, outstanding payment reports, and follow-up logs using Advanced Excel
- Monitor pending invoices and follow up with customers for timely payments
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams for account reconciliation and closure
- Prepare MIS reports and payment status updates:
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain updated customer account records
