WSP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to support automation initiatives in Request for Proposal (RfP) processes and drive continuous process improvement across business operations. This role involves automating the RFP lifecycle—from intake to submission—by building, maintaining, and optimizing centralized content libraries, AI-powered generation tools, and automated workflows to reduce manual, repetitive tasks.

This role will be based in the Bengaluru office.
- Workflow Automation: Utilize RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-enabled software automate the RFP process.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to optimize RfP preparation, submission, and tracking processes.
- Tool Integration: Integrate RFP tools with existing systems (CRM, SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft 365) to create a seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with proposal managers, business development teams, and technical staff to identify automation opportunities.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for document generation, data extraction, and workflow management.




- Process Analysis: Audit existing proposal workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundant tasks, and areas for automation.
- Performance Tracking: Implement key metrics to track response time, win rates, and automation percentage to drive continuous improvement.
- System Troubleshooting: Debug automated tools and workflows to minimize downtime during proposal generation.
- Integrate automation tools with existing systems (e.g., CRM, document management platforms).
- Monitor and refine automated processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
- Document standards, workflows, and best practices for automation in RfP processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements.- Other duties as assigned
