*About the Role*
*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage and handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars on a weekly/monthly basis
- Write captions and coordinate with the design/video team for creatives
- Track performance and optimize content based on insights
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and implement them
- Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and interactions
- Be pro-active & professional
*Requirements*
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management
- Basic understanding of content strategy and social media algorithms
- Good communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
*Valuable to Have*
- Experience in handling brand pages or agency work
- Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Canva or design tools
