Job Summary:
The Field Officer is responsible for handling field operations, customer interactions, collections, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned tasks. The role involves visiting customers, maintaining records, and supporting organizational activities at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers/clients in assigned areas for verification and relationship building
- Handle loan collection and savings (bachat) collection from customers
- Assist in account opening and documentation process:
- Ensure proper record keeping of daily field activities
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager
- Provide regular updates via phone/WhatsApp regarding work progress
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers




- Ensure timely recovery of dues and follow-up with defaulters
- Maintain discipline and work with full responsibility in the field
- Support branch activities as required

Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel locally for field work
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking

Salary:
- As per company norms (based on experience & performance)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
