About the Opportunity

Our client is a premier international education consultancy dedicated to helping students achieve their dreams of global excellence. While their academic counselors handle university placements, the Sales Team is the vital engine driving enrollment for core preparation services.

We are seeking sharp, high-energy sales professionals to lead the growth of the IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL training divisions, ensuring students have the language proficiency required for successful international admissions.

The Role: What You’ll Do

Your primary goal is to convert inquiries into paid enrollments for value-added education services. You will act as a bridge between a student’s academic ambitions and the practical training they need to get there.
- Service Sales: Drive enrollments for IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL coaching programs.
- Lead Conversion: Take full ownership of inbound digital leads, cold calls, and walk-ins to consistently hit monthly sales targets.
- Internal Collaboration:



Partner with Study Abroad Counselors to pitch training packages to students already within the admission pipeline.
- Consultative Pitching: Clearly communicate the ROI (Return on Investment) of premium training programs to both students and parents.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule via CRM to maximize "lead-to-enrollment" ratios.
- Market Presence: Represent the brand at education fairs and local marketing events to generate fresh leads.

Who You Are
- The Closer: You have 0-5 years of experience in service-based sales (Education, EdTech, Banking, or Insurance).
