Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively.
- Convert leads into sales by handling objections and closing deals.
Customer Interaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure higher conversion rates.
Target & Performance Management
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of call activity and conversion ratios.
- Track and report sales performance metrics regularly.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
- Update customer information and sales progress in the database.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on call outcomes and conversions.
Coordination & Feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the management team.
- Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C outbound sales.
- Familiarity with sales scripts and objection handling techniques.
- Experience working in quick-paced sales environments.
- Knowledge of the industry/domain relevant to the company.
