Site Support Assistant - Tech & Heavy Machinery

Position Overview

The Site Support Assistant ensures smooth operations at sites where advanced machinery and technology are deployed. This role combines technical support, operational coordination, and administrative assistance to keep heavy machinery projects running efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical & Machinery Support:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining heavy machinery operations.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for mechanical and digital control systems.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades.
- Support installation, calibration, and testing of current equipment.
- Operational Coordination:
- Track site activities, machine usage, and downtime reports.
- Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Liaise with logistics teams for movement of machinery and equipment.

Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of site operations, maintenance schedules,



and compliance documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for site managers and project leads.
- Handle document control, filing, and correspondence related to site activities.

Team & Client Support
- Act as a point of contact between site staff, engineers, and management.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new site employees.
- Support client visits, demonstrations, and technical presentations.

Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in site support or machinery operations.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical controls.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
