Key Responsibilities:
1. Operation Theatre (OT) Duties:
- Prepare and assist during surgeries
- Ensure proper functioning of OT equipment and autoclave
- Maintain sterilization of instruments, linen, and OT setting
- Manage OT instruments, supplies, and records
- Prepare surgical sets and ensure aseptic conditions

2. Assisting Doctors:
- Assist in medication, injections, and patient preparation
- Support doctors in procedures and ward activities
- Handle sample collection and basic investigations

3. Patient Care:
- Pre-operative preparation and patient counseling
- Post-operative care, discharge explanation, and feedback collection
- Provide clear follow-up instructions

4. Additional Responsibilities:
- Work across OT, Ward, CSSD, and Recovery areas
- Supervise housekeeping in OT and recovery
- Participate in camps/emergency duties (including Sundays if required)
- Ensure proper maintenance and periodic checking of equipment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
