About the Role:
- Weʼre looking for a driven and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at Evolve. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, understands trends, and can independently create engaging visuals and videos using just a smartphone.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Content Planning & Ideation
- Develop monthly and weekly content plans aligned with brand goals -Proactively identify trends, formats, and hooks relevant to the brand -Pitch content ideas regularly—not just execute assigned briefs -Build platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other social media platforms
- Content Creation & Shooting
- Independently shoot photos and videos using a smartphone
- Handle end-to-end execution of shoots (setup, framing, lighting, angles, direction) -Travel for on-ground shoots (within Mumbai and occasionally outside) -Capture both planned and spontaneous content opportunities.




- Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit short-form videos Reels, Stories, etc.) using phone-based tools -Add music, transitions, text overlays, and effects aligned with current trends -Optimize content for engagement (hooks, pacing, retention)
- Design & Visual Communication
- Create static creatives, carousels, and story assets using Canva -Maintain visual consistency with brand identity -Experiment with current formats and layouts to improve engagement
- Execution & Publishing -Manage and maintain content calendars -Ensure timely posting across platforms -Write basic captions and coordinate with team for approvals -Respond to DMs, comments, and WhatsApp messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner -Engage with the audience to build a strong and active community
- Performance Awareness & Iteration -Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement, saves, shares) -Identify whatʼs working and itera
