- Provide individual attention to students, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Foster a nurturing and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
- Utilize interactive and hands-on teaching methods, incorporating storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through observations, informal and formal assessments, and maintain records.
- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, progress reports, and feedback sessions to keep them informed and involved.
- Collaborate with colleagues and coordinators to ensure smooth curriculum implementation and consistent teaching methodologies.




- Assist in the preparation and updating of lesson planners, worksheets, and learning materials.
- Encourage positive discipline techniques to promote respectful and responsible behavior among students.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching practices and skilled growth.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and resourceful classroom setup to facilitate effective learning.
- Support children in their transition to Grade 1 by strengthening foundational skills and readiness.
