Looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor / Site In-Charge to join our growing construction team. If you have strong site experience and can independently handle site operations, we want to hear from you

What You’ll Do:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities

Lead site workers and coordinate with subcontractors

Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality, and timelines

Take charge of site operations as a Site In-Charge

Track progress and report updates to management

Ensure safety standards are followed at all times

Solve on-site issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering





Minimum 5+ years of construction site experience

Experience as Site Supervisor / Site Engineer / Site In-Charge

Robust knowledge of site execution and processes

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Good leadership and communication skills

Ready to relocate anywhere in Tamil Nadu

Salary:
Salary will be based on experience and skillset
