Urgent Hiring: Blood Bank Counsellor / Donor Counselor (Immediate Joiner)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Krishnanagar

Key Responsibilities:
- Donor Counseling: Conduct pre-donation counseling to ensure informed consent and address donor concerns.
- Donor Screening & Safety: Evaluate donors to ensure they meet health criteria, conducting confidential counseling for deferred donors.
- Voluntary Donation Promotion: Assist in organizing blood donation camps and educating the public on voluntary blood donation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate counseling records and donor documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
- Post-Test Counseling: Provide confidential counseling to donors with reactive transfusion-transmissible infections (TTI).

Required Qualifications & Skills:




- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW), Psychology, Sociology,Education, or a related field (MSW/MA in Social Work/Psychology preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as a counselor, ideally within a licensed blood center or hospital setting.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high empathy, knowledge of blood safety regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
