Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Vice President to lead the end-to-end operational functions of our fast-growing, leading beauty D2C brand. This role will drive operational excellence, support strategic growth initiatives, and oversee the brand's performance to maintain its market leadership, while also focusing on expanding the brand's reach and accelerating overall business growth. This is a senior leadership position, with scope for a co-founder title down the line. We are looking for someone willing to be a part of the brand's long-term journey, with the vision to build value for themselves, and key stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
1. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Support and develop CII strategy agenda for organisation.
- Develop,
mature and execute the process excellence methodologies, frameworks,
practices within the organisation for broader businesses and enterprise.
- Enable organization by developing self-serving toolkits and playbooks, such that they can deliver change on their own.
- Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.Communicate and interact with all departments and operating groups to understand business needs and to refine CII services, as necessary.
- Understands external trends, industry standards and adopts practices to help the
organisation to solve the enterprise business problems through re-engineering
solutions.
- Actively align the Process Excellence methods to ensure consistency in approach
and delivery across departments
