Roles & Responsibilities AWS / Cloud Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and monitoring AWS services (EC2 etc.)
- Support basic AWS account setup and configuration:
- Monitor cloud resources, usage, and performance
- Assist with backup, recovery, and security best practices:
- Help troubleshoot basic AWS service and connectivity issues
- Maintain basic documentation of AWS infrastructure
- Maintain office assets including hardware and software
Office IT Infrastructure Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and laptop support (hardware & software installation)
- Assist in network support (Wi‑Fi, routers)
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and office software:
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Assist in data backup and basic IT security practices
Eligibility Criteria
- Students or freshers from IT / Computer Science / Networking / Cloud background:
- Basic understanding of AWS or cloud concepts:
- Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and computer hardware:
- Willingness to learn and work in a practical IT setting
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
