Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage letter bending machines for channel letter fabrication
- Handle CNC router machines for cutting acrylic, ACP, MDF, and other signage materials
- Operate laser cutting machines for precise cutting and engraving work
- Read and understand design files (CorelDRAW / AutoCAD / other formats)
- Ensure accurate production as per design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workspace
- Coordinate with the design and production team for smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in signage or related industry
- Knowledge of letter bending, CNC routing, and laser cutting operations:
- Basic understanding of design software (CorelDRAW preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Physically fit and willing to work in office
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in acrylic letter fabrication and signage installation:
- Knowledge of material handling (ACP sheets, acrylic, metal, etc.)
- Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
