Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders (if required)
- Generate bills using POS system
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments accurately
- Maintain daily cash balance and report to manager
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order flow
- Answer customer queries politely
- Maintain cleanliness at billing counter
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Basic knowledge of billing software / POS
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
- Basic maths and cash handling skills
- Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly
- Prior experience in restaurant/cafe is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹20000 to 23000 (depending on experience)
