Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
- Explain company services and offerings clearly to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Valuable communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in US Night Shift.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or international BPO preferred (Freshers can apply).
