The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. The CRO acts as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service support within the retail store.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain customer database and purchase records.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat sales.
- Inform customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.
3. Complaint Handling
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to management when required.
- Ensure positive customer experience even in conflict situations.
4. Sales Support
- Support sales team in achieving targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell products.
- Assist in customer retention strategies.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily reports on customer interactions.
- Update CRM systems regularly.
- Track customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
