Job Summary

The Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) provides operational, administrative, and logístical support to ensure productive execution of departmental functions. The role requires coordination across administrative units, maintenance of records, support in field operations, and handling of routine technical and non-technical tasks as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Administrative & Documentation Support
- Maintain physical and digital records in compliance with record retention policies.
- Perform file indexing, cataloging, and document tracking using office management systems.
- Assist in data entry, report compilation, and preparation of routine MIS reports.
- Handle dispatch, receipt, and distribution of official correspondence through inward/outward registers.
- Support e-office operations, scanning, digitization, and document archiving.

2. Operational & Logistical Support




- Coordinate movement of official files, equipment, and materials between departments.
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and asset tagging.
- Provide logístical support during inspections, public meetings, audits, and official events.
- Ensure proper arrangement and functioning of office utilities and equipment.

3. Field & Technical Assistance
- Assist field teams in surveys, inspections, data collection, and reporting.
- Support implementation of departmental projects at ground level.
- Record field observations and submit structured reports to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during field assignments.

4. Maintenance & Facility Support
- Monitor cleanliness and basic upkeep of office premises.
- Report maintenance issues related to electrical, plumbing, or infrastructure systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors for routine servicing tasks.
