Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Executive who enjoys connecting with people and building careers. In this role, you will identify healthcare professionals, guide them through the recruitment process, and support their journey toward international job placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience (healthcare or international recruitment preferred)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting
- Good organizational and coordination skills
