Responsibilities:
- Meet local builders, architects, and developers to generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders
- Develop and maintain robust customer relationships and networks
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion




- Coordinate with internal Sales Support team for pricing and technical assistance
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (processes, procedures, project plans, agendas, action items, etc.)
- Generate reports as required
- Identify project risks and escalate issues to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain business requirements, process flows, and documentation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated team player
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in field sales (preferably in elevator/construction industry) preferred
