Job Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
- Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic queries, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update CRM data regularly.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative team for smooth admission processes.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Education background preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience as a Counsellor in the education sector.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
