Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Counsellor to guide students regarding courses, admissions, and career options. The counsellor will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing accurate information, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries professionally
- Follow up with leads and ensure admissions closure
- Maintain student records and admission data
- Coordinate with faculty and management when required
- Provide excellent customer service and support to students
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality and confident attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, calling systems)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in education counselling or sales is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
