We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team at XtraNet Technologies Ltd., based in Bhopal. As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on identifying and hiring top IT talent to meet our company's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating the on boarding process for new hires.
- Meeting recruitment targets and KPIs as set by management.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the IT industry.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in technical & infrastructure hiring
- Robust sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to close positions quickly
