Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Specialization in Rural / Community Development preferred
Experience:
5-7 years in rural development or community mobilization projects.
Experience in tourism or livelihood-based projects will be added advantages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead community mobilization activities.
- Coordinate with Panchayats, SHGs, NGOs, and departments.
- Conduct socio-economic surveys.
- Facilitate rural tourism initiatives.
- Prepare monitoring and progress reports.
- Assist the team leader in project execution and compliance with government guidelines
Required Skills:
- Strong community engagement skills
- Knowledge of rural governance
- Field work adaptability
- Positive reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel And Presentation tools.
- Excellent Communication and reporting skills.
