Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Management:
- Supervise operation and maintenance of HEMM equipment including:
- Line Tractor, Bobcat, JCB, Hydra Crane
- Ensure proper deployment and availability of equipment for CHP activities.
- Monitor fuel consumption and control operating costs.
- Maintenance & Breakdown Control:
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain equipment logbooks and service records.
- Ensure minimum downtime of machines.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all operations comply with plant safety standards.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure operators follow SOPs and PPE compliance.
- Manpower Supervision:
- Supervise HEMM operators and helpers.
- Prepare duty rosters and shift planning.
- Monitor operator performance and discipline.
- Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate with CHP team for coal handling activities.
- Ensure smooth unloading, shifting, and stacking operations.
- Maintain daily equipment utilization reports.
- Cost & Documentation Control:




- Monitor diesel consumption and spare parts usage.
- Maintain stock of essential spares and lubricants.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Additional certification in HEMM operations preferred.

Experience Required:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in CHP / Power Plant.
- Solid knowledge of coal handling operations and heavy equipment maintenance.

Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and supervision skills.
- Good knowledge of heavy equipment functioning.
- Ability to manage breakdowns efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety norms in power plant operations.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
