Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Experience in automobile showroom/service center preferred.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Service Advisor or in automobile service operations
- Solid knowledge of automobile servicing and repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team of mechanics
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and record maintenance
- Ability to handle breakdown/emergency service situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day workshop/service center operations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service consultations professionally
- Coordinate and attend vehicle breakdown service cases
- Assign and supervise tasks for mechanics and technical staff
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
- Maintain service records and job cards
- Follow up with customers for feedback and service reminders
- Ensure high customer satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with spare parts department for required parts availability
- Maintain discipline and workflow efficiency within the service team.
