The Junior Merchandiser (Fresher) will support the merchandising team in handling customer orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking production status, and ensuring timely delivery. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in merchandising within têxtile, garment, or fabric trading industry.
Key Responsibilities1. Order Coordination
- Assist in processing customer orders and maintaining order records
- Support senior merchandiser in order follow-ups
- Help in preparing order sheets and product details
2. Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers for fabric, trims, and accessories
- Follow up for quotations, samples, and delivery timelines
- Maintain supplier communication records
3. Sample Handling
- Assist in arranging and tracking samples
- Maintain sample records and approvals
- Coordinate with internal team for sample development
4. Documentation
- Maintain proper documentation of orders, invoices, and purchase details
- Update order status in Excel or ERP system
- Prepare basic reports as required
5. Production Follow-up
- Track production progress under guidance of senior merchandiser
- Follow up with production team for timely completion
- Report delays or issues to senior team
6. Customer Support
- Assist in preparing product information for customers
- Help in maintaining customer records
- Support in communication with clients when required

Pay: ₹8,712.78 - ₹20,592.25 per month
