Job Description - Liaisoning Executive

Position Overview

The Liaisoning Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining effective communication between the company and government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders. This role ensures smooth approvals, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely execution of projects in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies for project approvals, permits, and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and environmental regulations relevant to solar/renewable energy projects.
- Maintain strong qualified relationships with officials and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit required documentation for approvals, clearances, and renewals.
- Assist in resolving land acquisition, site survey, and utility-related matters.
- Keep management updated on regulatory changes, policies, and government schemes impacting the renewable energy sector.
- Support internal teams (procurement,



project, and sales) by providing necessary liaisoning inputs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in liaisoning, preferably in the solar/renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with government officials and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of local/state regulations, policies, and compliance requirements in the energy sector.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
