manufacturing and distribution of quality snack products. We are looking for a dedicated
and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team immediately.
Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible Account Executive with 1-2 year of experience who can
handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the
finance team in ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP system
- Handle purchase, sales, and expense entries
- Prepare invoices and manage billing process
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Assist in GST filing and statutory compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups
- Support in monthly closing and financial reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- 1-2 Year experience in accounting field
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation
- Positive communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to join immediately
