Job Summary:
The Food Packing & Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately packing food products and ensuring timely processing and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Prior experience working in a bakery or food production environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack food products as per company standards, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and batch accuracy.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and order details before dispatch.
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update the Order Inward and Outward Register for all incoming and dispatched orders.
- Maintain proper documentation and dispatch records.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene as per GMP/GHP guidelines.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock arrangement, and warehouse organization.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and accurate shipments.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a bakery shop or food production environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle light to moderate lifting.
