A Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas in hotels to ensure a comfortable stay. Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms: Changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Restocking supplies: Ensuring rooms are fully stocked with necessary items like toiletries and beverages.
- Responding to guest inquiries: Addressing guest queries and complaints politely and professionally.
- Physical tasks: Performing various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.
- Maintaining cleanliness standards: Ensuring all areas are tidy and inviting for guests.
This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
