Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with customers, and support sales of solar cleaning services and irrigation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Explain company services (solar panel cleaning, irrigation products)
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into site visits or sales
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel data
- Coordinate with sales team for appointments and closures
- Handle basic customer queries professionally

Requirements:
- Graduate / 12th Pass (Minimum)
- 1-2 years telecalling or sales experience preferred
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, basic English)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling software)

Key Skills:
- Strong convincing ability
- Follow-up and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and team coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
