Role Summary

The Executive - Imports & Exports will be responsible for end-to-end handling of import and export operations, including shipping documentation, customs clearance coordination, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong execution discipline, close coordination with CHAs and freight forwarders, and adherence to Indian trade regulations while supporting global shipments across sea, air, and courier modes.

Key Responsibilities

Import & Export Operations
- Handle end-to-end import and export documentation for apparel, fabrics, trims, accessories, and samples
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents including Invoice, Packing List, BL / AWB, COO, Insurance, and

Shipping Bills
- Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and courier partners for timely clearance and dispatch
- Track shipments across sea, air, and courier modes and ensure on-time delivery





Customs & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, IEC, EPCG, Advance Authorization, SEZ, and other applicable trade regulations
- Manage RoDTEP / Duty Drawback documentation and follow-ups
- Support customs clearance processes, respond to queries, and resolve documentation discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records for internal and external audits

Documentation & Due Diligence
- Maintain proper filing and documentation as per statutory and company requirements
- Ensure compliance with buyer-specific shipping and documentation norms
- Support audit readiness through structured record-keeping and process adherence

Key Skills & Competencies
