Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Explaining products/services and generating interest
- Convincing customers and closing sales
- Maintaining detailed call reports and customer records
- Ensuring regular and systematic follow-ups
- Updating data in CRM/Excel sheets
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinating with internal teams when required
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Excellent follow-up and record-keeping ability
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to use search engines and basic online tools
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Strong sales mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to handle objections confidently
