The role:
- Customer Service Clerk - Part Time_
- Provide excellent customer service to BA customers at the airport by displaying BA Brand Behaviours and service hallmarks.



Ensure delivery of seamless customer experience while delivering functions including check in, arrivals and departures._

What you’ll do:
- To work in a multi-functional and dynamic environment.
- To be fully conversant with all aspects of service delivery functions including check in of departing customers, receiving customers on arrival and handling mishandled baggage process.
- To be an active team member positively promoting the BA image.
- To deliver BA products in a professional and efficient manner.
- To be able to liaise with third party efficiently.
- To ensure strict adherence to the safety and security procedures and standards of British Airways.
- To assist customers in the event of delays and disruptions by proactive communication and interaction.
- To effectively deal with overbooking including offloading and downgrading by offering alternates.
